Melody and I had such a great time with you and your crew. I could not have surprised her without your help and that of your crew, you guys were great. She really had no clue until you told her to get in the basket, and even then I don’t think she realized what was going on until we were in the air. Thanks again for adding to our anniversary experience.
By allowing us to help with the setup of the balloon, we walked away with a great respect for what it takes to assemble the balloon and ready it for flight. After the flight, we walked away with an awe inspired memory and a respect for what it takes to successfully pilot and navigate a balloon flight.
I would really appreciate it if you would extend our thanks to your entire crew. You guys were all very personable and made us feel like we were a part of something bigger than just a balloon ride. The in-flight instructions made us feel comfortable. The hors d’oeuvres were a great way to close out the experience.
We also stayed at the Lafayette Inn in Easton, PA at your recommendation. The B&B was fantastic. Their staff was friendly and the house was beautiful.
All in all… I give the whole experience (flight and hotel) 5 stars followed by an excited +++. We both hope to see you guys again someday.
